Keepsake Button Bouquet
Materials:
- Button Bargain Bag (4oz. Assorted white/cream mix)
- 1 strand shadow grey Swarovski crystal mix
- 1 roll of 24 gauge wire (30 yards.)
- E6000 glue
- 1 roll of white 5/8” at 25 yard ribbon
- 1 roll of silver 3/8” at 25 yard ribbon
- 3 clear Swarovski Rivolis
Tools:
- Needle nose pliers
- Wire cutters
Instructions:
1. Cut the wire into 10 inch individual pieces. (we used 50 pieces for our bouquet)
2. Bend your wire in half, string on a bead.
3. Insert the wire ends into the button holes.
4. Twist twines underneath the button.
5. Repeats steps 2-4 until you reach the desired “fullness” of your bouquet.
6. Once you have all of your “stems” ready, use a long piece of wire to bind the bouquet together. Just wrap the wire around tightly.
7. Cut 18” inches of ribbon and starting up at the top of the bouquet wrap the ribbon around the exposed wires. Use more ribbon if needed. To finish it off, tie a double knot and a bow.
Add additional strands or ribbon to give the bouquet a full look.
